Amani will arrive from Leicester in the afternoon, but Hazim who came all the way from Southampton, was beyond any doubt, extremely excited to see me. How I knew? Oh well, I got a call from him 5 minutes before my alarm was suppose to ring.
Hazim : Hye, I reached London! I’ll be there at Bayswater real soon.
Me (half awake) : Ok good. *yawn* but it's too bad coz I'm still in bed, and even I’m dying to see you, the quickest record for me to get ready is like one hour. Prolly, u can go somewhere, grab a cup of coffee or something first....
Hazim : Yeah you smart*s*, you haven’t set your time zone yet perhaps, its 10 minutes to 7am, where the hell to find a coffee shop at this time???
Me : Really??????!!!@@#$%^^$#!!!!!! *rub eyes* Ok bye, I’ll see you in a while, I'll try my best! *jumps out of bed*
So, for Hazim, I made a record of getting ready in 45 minutes instead of an hour (I’m not really sure how I did it, but I just did it *applause ppl*)
Met him at the underground station, spilled the gossips like a gossip-machine with a missing Stop button, and roamed around London city toying with his new £700 DSLR. (How I wish Mr.Daddy's scholarship was like TNB's scholarship too, TNB really spoil their scholars)
Later met up with Amani for lunch at Nando’s. We took so long to find the building coz we were searching for a typical green Nando’s restaurant, but hey, the one they have in Bayswater was painted BEIGE, I repeat, BEIGE, you all!!! The building was just at the tip of our noses for all this while.*duhhh*
Me & Hazim
Bismillah. Thanks for the treat, Amani!
Later we went back to pray Zohor, exchanged souvenirs and left for the mission of the day - WESTFIELD! For all my life, never had I surrender in shopping, usually my mom/sis/bro will surrender while shopping with me, but on that day, I just did. My friends were such a loyal company, Hazim being the most honest criticizer in the universe, Amani was basically running around carrying my stuffs while looking for other things that are cool & on sale. But gushing into the crowd and searching for clothes which most of them are lying on the floor, watching your steps carefully before you know you might trip on someone's handbag - that is NOT the idea of a shopping trip I kinda anticipated. When you see how the crowd is packed, that will totally demotivate you! I just bought a couple of things, then suddenly became hypoglycemic when me & Amani smelt ice-blended coffee. We directly turned to Hazim with puppy eyes, and yes, he fell for it *yay*.

For dinner that night, we went to Malaysian Hall for yummy Malaysian cuisine, Hazim insisted to give us a treat (boy, how can i NOT love them?). Went to Westminster Bridge to snap couple of night view pics, before sending Hazim off at Victoria. Night scenery over that bridge was gourgeousuperbrilliant!!
The Biggie Benny
How i wish that "toy" was mine instead :-(
By the way, notice Hazim's Adidas sling? When we met earlier in the morning, he gave me that bag and said "Here is some breakfast I packed from home for you, just in case you didn't have yours, and if you might get hungry while we're out". Boy, how thoughtful he is!! That's why they say "True friends know you at your best, and worse". He definitely remembered from somewhere, the fact that I get hungry every 4 hours.
At Victoria - the part I hate the most
Saying goodbye is always a torture. I hate it as much as I hate public toilets. We don't know when we'll meet again , or , do we even have another again. I certainly hope we do. Hazim is gonna graduate from engineering school in summer, and Amani will complete her MBBS a year after that. I wish them both all the best in their future endeavors. I had a splendid time with them in London. Till we meet again...
