Grand Duchy

Yeah, I bet everyone is smart enough to guess our next destination. A tiny country with only 500k++ population, barely can be seen in the world map, but nice to visit - the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Luxembourg was so tiny whiny that while we were searching for our hostel, we took the turn on the right, then we met with a sign "Welcome to Deutschland (Germany)".. and further driving ahead for another 2 minutes, we met with another sign "Welcome to France". Ahha. Isn't that cool, the fact that you can be in 3 different countries in just 5 minutes :-)

Hostel was supernice. It was like a log cabin but it was extremely huge. And the room was sooo spacious & cozy that I wish I could swap it with my room in Russia. The bathroom tops the list - it made me and Tiq struggle to be the 1st to wake up, so we can "rasmi"kan the bathroom 1st. Once you're in there, you dont wanna come out!! Can betchya' on that...

Hostel entree

Brilliant balcony view (How I wish to wake up every morning to this)

Check the bathroom for yourself! Seeing is believing, not thru photos!

At night we went out hunting for Asian food. Yes, you are free to say that FOOD IS SUCH AN IMPORTANT AGENDA in our trip. *raise hands, guilty as charged*. Done with Western, done with Mediterranean, now heading for All-Asian yaw! The town was so quiet at night, it made me felt that my dad owns the whole Luxembourg. (Yeah, dream on!! *while dad slaps forehead*)

The serene town of Luxembourg

Bye-Bye Lux..let's hope there'll be a 2nd time. Off to Brussels~
