Day 3 in Istanbul
Miniaturk, is as how it sounds to be - a mini version of Turkey where they display miniatures of famous buildings and architecures spread all over Turkey. I find this place very informative, a good tourist spot and I highly recommend it to be one of the places you must go if your destination is Istanbul.
The place was extremely huge we spent a good 4 hours over there ( probably more of it wasn't for the cold wind).
Another place to go in my list for next time!
Miniature of Sultanahmet Mosque
How they pay attention to even small details like this (a closed-up picture of the Blue Mosque's courtyard)
Later we returned to Eminonu for lunch. Thanks to Dyna a.k.a our best travel planner, she had a long list of "must-eat-in-Istanbul".
I loved to bits the fish sandwich over there, as I'm always a seafood lover. Over here in Russia we don't get fresh seafood. So, for me definitely one sandwich is NOT enough. I had to come back for more.
Fresh from the boat!
After lunch we left for Kora Church or Kariye Muzesi. Got lost at first before reaching there. Us and another American couple were basically encircling the wrong building and took us about 15 minutes to realize that we were at the total opposite side of where we we're heading to.
Didn't enter the museum because I'm not much of a museum person. Besides we haven't prayed yet, so we need to reach home before Maghrib. The scenery over there was nice and what me & Dyna enjoyed most was the beautiful ceramic arts.

Later at night we walked to Suleyman Mosque since we were eyeing on it while walking at Eminonu. Unfortunately, it was snowing that night so we couldn't get a good shot.

Well, since it is just a 10minute walk from our place, so we thought that we shall come again tomorrow and just headed for dinner then. Truth is, there's still a lot to go on Dyna's "must-eat-in-Istanbul" list.
Mine & Dyna's. We both fell for Burghul
Mail made a vow that while in Turkey he must whack mutton everyday!
From Istanbul, with LOVE.
