2011 Review

Posted by Aysha Razali at 5:04 PM
Finally the year I've waited for so long, is here - 2012. I've been waiting for you since 7 years ago.
However I'm sad to say goodbye to year 2011 though.
The past year has been a splendid year for me. Things went smoothly for me, manage to travel to another 2 countries which was on my wish list, confirmed my seat as a final year student at 1st attempt, had an awesome & rockin' summer break, a great start and end of my 11th semester in med-school and loads of wonderful occasions & and awesome people to be around.

JANUARY

This is how I started of my 2011, with my familee in Kursk.

FEBRUARY

Went to Incredible India! Another 7 Wonders down, 5 more to go!

MARCH

Nothing much as all of were busy with our winter practicals. But Bestie S' birthday marked my 1st successful rainbow cake baked.

APRIL

Sechenov Intervarsity Games '11.

Indian Nite - Swapnagatha. My 1st saree, 1st time in one!

MAY

Summer is here and everyone heads to the riverside. People are just crazy BBQ-ing.

JUNE

RTCC - Russian Tour Car Championship. The car I bet on won!

JULY

Another MI 4 shooting place - Dubai. But no Tom Cruise was there :-(

AUGUST

A short break for a few days with family to Putrajaya during Ramadhan to try out Qiamullail in Putrajaya Mosque & Sultan Mizan Mosque.

My favorite time of the year, 2nd to my birthday - Eidul Fitri. This year was my best Eid so far.

SEPTEMBER

My 7th year in Kursk , my final year in med-school.
My last autumn.

Started off our "JUST DO IT" list with going to McD's in PJ's.
Pheww.

OCTOBER

Deepashruti - the first ever collaboration of Malaysian, Sri Lankan & Indian student's assoc.

Halloween. I don't trick or treat (they don't even celebrate it here that much), I just saw a video on youtube and decided to doll up myself.

NOVEMBER

Malaysian Nite '11 - Citrawarna. Performing with Puteri.

DECEMBER

Went to Moscow on New Year's eve - at Red Square.

I pray that this year, 2012, will be a better year for me, my family, my friends and also to you out there. Hope that I, too, will be a better servant, daughter, student, sister, friend & person than who I was in 2011.Ameen.
