Fruit Cake

Yes, I know that it's not yet Christmas (not even Halloween *duh*) but I had to finish my raisin & sultana mix which expires soon. So I decided to go to....

Then after two and a half hours later...taadaaa..

However, its a bit dried for three reasons :

1- I didn't add brandy/rum as suggested

2 - It's not a boiled version, if its boiled it'll be more moist & can last longer too, I think.

3- Supposedly, fruit mix is 1kg, but I put only half of the amount

Anyway, the taste was just like how I wanted it to be. You should try too!
